Purchasing We offer general purchasing services including administration and contacting vendors regarding purchase requests from end users. Gateway does everything from requesting various inspections to vendors ,gathering information on products, or requesting estimates, confirming delivery dates, negotiating prices, placing orders, managing bill payment, performing asset management and tag preparation, preparing purchase records, and managing guarantees and licenses.  
Help Desk A comprehensive customer center is set up to provide increasing levels of assistance from immediate problem isolation, to dispatch engineers, to administrator referral. The help desk responds to technical questions from end users on software, devices, and operation methods, while also providing call logs, and case tracking.  
Maintenance Gateway responds to general hardware troubles, offers repair services or request repairs to manufacturers, and manages logs based on operation reports. User Support When onsite assistance requests or primary solutions are not available from the help desk, our engineers visit the site and take direct actions. We will inspect the trouble and give inquires to vendors to fix it. We will then keep a repair log and prepare a report.  
Server Management Hardware / software logs and breakdown recoveries are monitored, and the operation of the general server service environment is managed. Gateway prepares manuals for backup and restoration operations, while also updating drivers and carrying out prior verification.  
Network Management We will manage the entire LAN / WAN network environments and give inquiries to vendors and contractors while recovering breakdown in times of disasters. Gateway provides support for performance checks and improvement using monitoring tools such as analyzers.
