System operation, management, and maintenance We provide assistance in making operation rules and manuals as well as standardization. We also provide regular maintenance visits and health checks, maintenance of substitute devices on a contract basis relating to maintenance, breakdown measure flow preparation and data backup. Service times and levels can also be selected. Service is available nationwide through our alliance partners, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
Network operation, management, and maintenance
Breakdown service Provides isolation of local temporary breakdown., System repair and recovery service is also provided. Contact by phone, fax or email
Help desk Questions are answered by telephone regarding various application problems and operations. Bilingual service available
Asset management Management provided for individual system settings information, software licenses, and hardware guarantees using our database SMS, altiris
Security Integrated information security is provided to protect customer assets using AntiVirus, firewall and VPN products.  
Remote surveillance and maintenance If a remote environment is provided as an option for a maintenance contract, we can confirm system operation or isolate breakdowns efficiently from our location.  
Disaster recovery Duplicate data is stored at a remote location to enable quick operation recovery and immediate business resumption after a sudden disruption due to natural disasters. Remote backup and backup media storage is also provided.  
Disposal Removal and disposal of old system equipment provided. HDDs completely erased and disposal certificates issued
